Pollitt Signs and Graphics
ADA-compliant interior signs — room signs, directories, and wayfinding — designed to ICC A117.1 and ADA Standards, fabricated in-house since 1947.
Architectural signs cover the code-required interior signage every commercial building needs: ADA room identification, tenant directories, lobby signs, and wayfinding. We design and fabricate every sign to current ADA Standards and ICC A117.1 requirements — raised text and Grade 2 Braille, non-glare finishes, proper color contrast, and correct mounting height on the latch side of the door. All fabrication happens in-house at our Havre de Grace, MD shop, and our dedicated in-house permit department handles the applications and code research for projects across Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, including Harford County, Cecil County, and the Baltimore/Wilmington area. Directory boards can be built with interchangeable inserts so tenant listings stay current without replacing the whole sign.
