Monument signs sit low to the ground on a solid, engineered base — built from brick, stone, aluminum, or foam — and read as permanent and well cared for the moment someone pulls into your lot. We've designed, fabricated, and installed monument signs across Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania since 1947, and every sign leaves our Havre de Grace shop rather than a subcontractor's. If your monument includes illumination or a digital display, our own licensed electricians wire it in-house, and as an authorized Watchfire LED distributor we can build in a message center made to last. Our in-house permit department handles the zoning variances, HOA approvals, and municipal permits every ground-mounted sign requires, and our team manages structural engineering and foundation work from design through installation.
